Using Fork

Workspaces & assets

Teams, collaboration, and your media library.

Fork separates who can edit (your account, workspace, and organization membership) from what gets published (projects and players viewers see).

Workspaces

You work inside a workspace — often personal, or an organization workspace for teams. Projects and uploads are organized so collaborators see the right content without sharing passwords.

Invite teammates according to your workspace’s access model so editors and admins can manage projects together.

Media library

Upload and organize video, images, audio, and fonts for use in the editor. Assets stay associated with your workspace so you can reuse them across projects where allowed.

Supported types and size limits are enforced by the product so uploads stay reliable and safe.

Publishing

Publishing ties a project to a player viewers can open or embed. Workspace boundaries still apply: you only publish projects you have permission to manage.
