Using Fork
Getting started
Sign in, pick a workspace, and create your first branching project.
Fork is a hosted web app. You only need a browser — no local install.
Create an account
- Open fork.video.
- Sign up or Log in (authentication is handled securely for you).
You can use a personal context or join an organization workspace when invited.
Workspace
Your workspace is where projects and media live. Organization workspaces let teams collaborate under shared access; personal workspaces are for your own work.
First project
After sign-in:
- Open the dashboard and create a project (or pick an existing one).
- Enter the story editor to build the branching graph: nodes, clips, and choices.
- Add media from the library or upload new assets allowed by your workspace.
- Configure branding and templates so the published player matches your look.
- Publish when you are ready, then share the play link or embed code where you need it.
