Player & embed

When you publish a project, viewers experience it through the player. You can share a full-page link or embed the player on your own site.

Full page and embed

• Full page — A dedicated URL for watching the experience in the browser.
• Embed — An HTML snippet you paste into your site so the player runs inside a frame.

Use the in-app share or embed options to copy the right URL or snippet for your published project.

Links and previews

Share links and previews use your project’s published address. If you change publish settings, refresh any links you have shared elsewhere.

Viewer access

Depending on your project settings, playback can be:

• Public — Anyone with the link can watch (subject to your workspace and platform rules).
• Protected — Viewers may need an access code you distribute separately.

Configure access in the product when you publish or edit project settings.

Analytics

Where enabled, the app can record playback and interaction events so you can review performance in your workspace.
